Electronic invoicing with QR code

We are switching to digital invoicing with QR code and dispatch by e-mail.

 

Until now, we have sent our invoices in paper form by postal mail. As of 1 January 2021, we will switch to electronic invoicing.

 

We see enormous advantages for you as well:

 

  • Significantly fewer manual steps: The invoice does not have to be taken out of the envelope first. It is already digitised and no longer needs to be scanned.
  • The approval of an invoice can be done much faster, as it can be forwarded to the responsible employee more quickly. This is especially true if the employee works at a different location.
  • E-bill with QR code can be processed much more easily and archived electronically.
  • 100% delivery rate, no invoice is lost in the post.
  • And last but not least, the same applies here: Quit Paper! A small step for us, a big step for the environment.
