Distribution of dividends in connection with short-time work compensation
The proposal that companies, which have claimed short-time work compensation, should not be allowed to pay dividends was rejected by the Council of States. This proposal, which has been approved by the National Council on Tuesday evening, is therefore definitely off the table.
